This policy establishes the standards for withdrawal, refund, and cancellation of digital content and paid services provided by AL-CHEMIST ("Service").

In accordance with the Korean E-Commerce Act (Article 17), users may request withdrawal within 7 days of payment. Refunds may be restricted if:

• Any purchased test has been used
• AI scoring results have been viewed
• A coaching session has been conducted

• Unused within 7 days of payment → Full refund
• 1 test used, remaining available → Pro-rated refund
• All tests used → No refund
• More than 8 days after payment → No refund

1. Send refund request to the email below (include name, email, plan, and reason)
2. Processed within 2 business days
3. Card refunds take 3–5 business days (varies by card issuer)

• Cancelled 24+ hours before session: coaching credit restored
• Cancelled within 24 hours or no-show: credit deducted (non-recoverable)
