These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between DanaSpeechLab ("Company") and users regarding the use of the AL-CHEMIST service ("Service").

• "Service" refers to all services provided by AL-CHEMIST, including AI OPIc mock tests, pronunciation/speaking training, result analysis, and 1:1 coaching booking.
• "Member" refers to any person who agrees to these Terms and registers by providing personal information.
• "Paid Service" refers to PRO scoring, coaching packages, and other services for which the Company charges separate fees.

The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law. Changes will be announced at least 7 days before the effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Users apply for membership by completing the registration form and agreeing to these Terms. The Company may refuse or revoke membership for false information, identity theft, or prior disqualification.

Fees follow the pricing policy displayed within the Service. Refunds are handled in accordance with the Refund Policy. Payments are processed through NicePay; payment information is managed by the payment processor.

• Do not reproduce, distribute, or sell service content without authorization.
• Do not use another member's account or infringe on their personal information.
• Do not interfere with normal service operation.
• Do not violate applicable laws.

The Company may issue warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans for violations of these Terms.

Personal data is protected in accordance with applicable law. See the Privacy Policy for details.

The Company is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure. AI scoring results are for reference only and may differ from actual OPIc test results.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction over the Company's registered address.
